Hi Team, Excel 2016 latest version 15.39 crashes on launching our application (which is an add on), launched from Excel. Functionality: We have a MAC application, which is launched using an Add on from Excel.

When our application is launched, Microsoft Excel 2016 application will be in hang state and the same will resume when the MAC application quits. Note: This same functionality was working fine in the previous versions of Excel 2016 & in Excel 2011. More details on the issue for reference: As per the functionality, an clicks on the buttons related to Add-on, launches a MAC Client application, then the control goes to the Cocoa application and Excel application will get into suspended state. In earlier versions of Excel 2016 (Until Version 15.36), it used to prompt users to wait in the suspended state or quit. If user chooses to wait then excel will continue to remain in passive state till it gets back control from Cocoa application. However in the new versions, Excel quits without prompting users while it is still in suspended state resulting in application crash.
