You have to change the formatting of the numbers in the graph. Select them and then change the format.
If this doesn't work you should look if the graph has been created using a different language which you should be able to change as well. As I'm neither using excel on mac nor know which language you have excel installed in I'm sorry I cannot not tell you exactly what these menues are called or what you should be looking for.
Maybe the language which is used for Excel is still french which you should be able to change in the options/preferences in Excel itself. – Apr 7 '17 at 13:15.
